朋友file H1B 延期很久了， the receipt date is July 1. 2010。 但是到现在还没

-Yes, but he/she had better ask the employer to send him/her the H1 approval notice on the H1 extension and then, he/she can apply for the h1 visa to come back. He/she also needs to bring the copy of the H-1 petition documents (I-129 including the LCA approval), the employment verfication letter from the company, and the latest three months paychek stubs for th eh1 visa application.
