2. How long it will take to get the previling wage?
-One minute online.

If it takes two weeks, should I file to F2 first?
-Too late because your H1 I-94 expired. You need to go outside US to get the F2 visa if you want to be F2 status.


3. How to use a lower previling wage （change job title?）
-Change job code/title and responsibilities. Or just file part-time H1 with the old job code/title, etc.



4. My PERM is pending, can I use the same one and continue my pending PERM? （The onsite company is changed, but the same contract house）. In my PERM application, both the contract house and old company are mensioned.
-No. If you change job, the old PERM is invalid and you need to do everything all over again for the green card.

5.The valid date of my 3-year H1B visa is just passed. Can I start to work immediately once the company file （transfer） a new H1B or wait until get the receipt or approved?
-No. You only can work after the h1 is approved with the I-94. If your H1 approval has no I-94, you have to go outside to get the H1 visa and come back to work.
