合并正式完成后, 我的批准的I140 和H1B 要向移民局做AMENDMENT吗?

-If nothing change in your job responsibilities, salary, etc., your new 合并employer does not need to anything for your H1. But your 合并new employer needs to file an AMENDMENT to USCIS for your I-140 that they will be Successor-in-Interest for your green card application with the same responsibilities as the original employer so that they do not need to file a new PERM and I-140 for you.

还有, 公司的LEGAL NAME在合并后就变了, 但原来的公司名字还要作为TRADE NAME用一阵. 我的理解是LEGAL NAME才算OFFICIAL的,所以什么都要跟LEGAL NAME变, 是吗?
