EAD renew很痛苦，我们公司答应了可以办H1B. 我的绿卡申请是随LD的，现在visa status应该是AOS， 还可以申请H1B么？

-Yes, but your h1 will be approved without I-94 and thus, you have to go outside US to get the h1 visa to activate it. Because your sttaus is not H1, and if you go outside US without using AP, your I-485 will be affected.
