回复：公司H1B申请和学校的H1B延期申请同时进行会冲突吗？

本人学校的H1B身份将于10月初到期，正在办理延期，可能马上递交或刚递交了延期申请。刚接到一公司的offer，给办H1B并加急申请，估计10月初会批准。出现的状况可能是学校的H1B延期后批准。问题是：

1. 如果按照“Last Action Rule”，难道我需要出境再入境激活公司的H1B？

-"Last Action Rule" does not applys to the same status application. In your case, the two H1 petitions do not affect each other (you can have two H1 at the same time).

2. 可不可以让学校撤销已递出的H1B延期申请呢？

-Not need to do anything now. After you leave the school, the school will withdraw the H1, anyway.
