b.An explanaton or other evidence showing the circumstances that warrants issuance of an Advacen Parole Document; or

C.If you are an applicant for adjustment of status, a copy of a USCIS receipt as evidence that you filed theadjustment application。

我理解成A是必要的，然后我现在的status是H1B，所以要交transfer以后的H1B。我的理解是错误的吗？希望如此，我就可以马上申请了。多谢！！！
