谢谢863211老师，如果我决定秋季不去读书了，那么我在美国的合法身份什么时候结束呢？
-If you do not file change of your statu from F1 to H1, your F1 status will be terminated immediately when you leave the school. You may just try to file the H1 to see what happen if you do not want to continue your study. You still have a chance to get the H1 approved.
