请问各位热心人:
1. 从学术界转工业界 (H1-b), 是不是只是公司收到提交H1-b的发票就可以上班了?
-Yes. But if your H1 transfer is apporved before Oct. 1, you need to stop working and then, work again beginning on Oct.1 when the 工业界H1 is effective.

2. 现在还有H1-b名额，是不是说可以随时申请，不用等?
-Correct.

3. 另外想问一下那些过来人(从学术界的postdoc转工业界),你们都是什么时候告诉你们的老板,你要跳槽了?
-Normally one month.
