Q1:我h1b签证还有2个月就到期了，原公司续签，请问需要什么时候办理续签？

到期后续签可以吗？

Q2：找律师办理续签需要多长时间能拿到签证？大概费用多少？
-Talk to the lawyer. Noramlly, you can find a lawyer with service fee less than $1000 (>$1000 = expensive).

Q3：办理续签期间如果签证过期，我还能继续在美国工作吗？
-You can continue to work after you file the H1 extension (pending).

Q3：绿卡申请中，前段时间收到140表，请问有什么用？
-You had to get the I-140 approved and then, your i-485 can be approved. Also, I-140 approval allow you to extend your H1 beyond the 6 year limit.
我是否只需要等排期？
-Yes, when 排期 is current, you can file I-485.

Q4：如果续签失败，回国，等排期到了，是否还能拿到美国绿卡？
-Fine as long as the employer sponsored your I-140 will hire you.
Q5：我H1B身份，申请父母来美国探亲，需要怎么做？
-They can apply for the B2 visa to come to US.
他们能在美国多久？
-6 months normally.
