1。真的感谢以前的朋友的回复和帮助。

2。有点急，学校正帮申请H1B加快，还有不到20天的时间了，我的问题是，J-1 WAIVER， USCIS 批准，但是收不到批准信， 邮出好几次都收不到， 怪了。我从 USICS 打出了我的批准的STATUS，和其它的相关信息，学校认可了，不知到时送到USCIS是不是认可，
-You may not need to use premium processing. After you file the h1 petition, if you get the J1 waiver approval notice, you just send it to USCIS and at the same time, use premium processing to get the H1 approved with sending the J1 waiver notice.

3。如 USCIS 要 REF，到时还没有收到信，乍么办？，
-They will deny your H1 petition.

会有什么后果， 有没有补救的办法。
-refile after you get the J1 waiver approval notice.
IN CASE，如有什么不利的情况， 会不会对身份有影响，是不是可以再申请，还有F2， 会不会对他上学转学生，有影响？
-You may need to get the f2 visa outside US.

4。 很奇怪，这个批准信收不到，但是改地址确认信都是能收到（3-4 DAYS）。 这个月初刚FILE 一个I-824 要求COPY， 看状态说是23号邮出，不知收不收的到， 很急人。我想把这个事打出来将来附上去， 会不会有用。 因为责任不在我。
-Call USCIS to see what happened to your J1 waiver notice.

5。先保个身份，还是等H1有消息了再说，哪一个更好点？， 在OPT结束前， 想去当地社区大学保一个身份， 这样可以合法的身份再等H1B？
-After you file the H1 petition (had better not use premium processing until you get the j1 waiver), you are legal to stay. Even if you do not file any thing, you still have 6o days grace period to stay. So, do not 去当地社区大学保一个身份.
