1.should have new H stamp in chinese embassy?
-Yes, you need to get the H1/H4 visa to come back.

2.just use valid I-797 back is fine?
-No. But You need to provide the original H1 approval Notice for the H1/H4 visa application.

If yes,original or copy?

3.got AP already,but was told once after use it, H status change to AOS? not good?
-Fine. Both H1 and H4 holder can use AP for the travel. After you use AP, you can re-instate your h1/H4 status anytime just simplly extending your H1/H4 within US before your H1/H4 duration expires.

4.upon leave, need to I94?
-Yes, you need to provide the I-94 to teh airlines when you leave US and get the new I-94 when you come back no matter whether you use AP or get the H1/H4 visa.
