UT Austin-BME, UCLA-EECS, USC-BME, GT-EECS该如何选择

我女儿也到了选择的时候了， 请各位高人指点迷津。 我们现在在德州，女儿有四个后选学校。 其中UT有全奖， USC 免一半学费。 女儿自己很想学BME。  感谢。
