刚接到RFE for I -130, 要求提供父亲的结婚证明及翻译件。 我肯定之前申请时就已附上，现在我估计：

1。可能之前的那份时间太久？ （2013年3月做的）， 我2018年7月替二老交的申请。

-This marriage certificate should be fine as long as it meets the USCIS requirements. If you don't have a new one in time, just provide the copy of this old one again for the RFE. Sometimnes, the IO is confused and asks this kind of document again.

2， 公证是2013年在他们的现在的户籍地上海做的。他们结婚是1970年在重庆。RFE上写着“The marriage certificate must have the seal of the issuing office, the date of registration, and signature of the registrar." 是否需要到重庆去开公证？必须他们本人前往？

-Not have to do it in 重庆.
