如果要选yes, 我要在 Part14 additional information 处怎么解释她逾期呆在美国呢？
-Just say "Overstay after the period of authorized stay ended".
另外，我妈得到美国签证前 有两次据签，I485 Part8 question 15. Have you ever been denied a visa to the United States? 我选了 Yes, 我是不是要在Part14 additional information 提供解释？

怎么解释呢？

2. I485 Part1 recent immigration history, 我妈申请签证和入境用的旧护照，后来在美国办了新护照。I485 Part1 recent immigration history 这里的护照信息我是填旧护照信息，对吗？

在我填I130表的关于我妈护照信息时，我用的美国办的新护照信息，新护照还在有效期。那我复印护照时是不是两本都要复印。旧护照复印放在I485表, 新护照复印是放在I485 或是I130？ 旧护照要不要复印拒签那页？据签对申请绿卡有影响吗？
