If I'm only sponorsing my mom for her green card, does USCIS still require her certified/notarized marriage license?
-It is not required for your mother, but for your father.
My lawyer insists that we will need to provide the notarized marriage license, and if not provided, we will receive a RFE. My parents lost their marriage license and are unable to obtain a copy now.
