我2013已经获得绿卡，结婚早于绿卡。现以follow to join为国内的丈夫办理移民签证。刚刚收到I-824表approval的信件。上面写着：we have notified the consulate listed above that the applicant's status has been adjusted to that of a .lawful permanent resident.
现有些疑惑：1. 下一步该做什么？
2.我的case要经过NVC吗？-Yes. You need to contact USCIS to see whether they have forwarded your approved I-824 to NVC yet. If no, ask them to do it as soon as possible because some IO may not know the procedure that the approved I-824 needs to be forwarded to NVC for process.
After the I-824 is forwarded to NVC, then NVC will contact you and send you instructions.
