8 老师好！ 上次问过我的绿卡律师被调查，因为他其实几年前就被吊销了律师执照，但是大家都不知道，现在被调查了。因为我的eb2 case 很简单，140已经approval ，剩下就是等，也没有收过什么ref, 所以8老师建议我 485就自己做，律师的问题不会影响我的case.

 

现在问题是，调查律师的人希望我能提供给一些证据他来做报告，比如client aggrement. 因为公司小，所以律师费都是自己掏，公司只打了广告。第一二步，labor perm 和 I-140 我确实签过。但是我听说labor perm 应该是公司和律师之间的事情，我按理不应该参与，不然这个招人环节就不公平。那么这个labor perm aggrement 和 140的agreement 我能给吗？

So, if you think it may hurt you to provide the agreement to the investigator, you may just tell the investigator that you lost the agreement.

会不会延伸影响到我的case,说我的approval 无效?
