1:我在为父母申请绿卡，目前父母在国内。最近收到广州美领馆的电子邮件说可以开始上网进行面试预约了，但是面签时还是需要携带美领馆的通知。请问这个通知信是否就是把电子邮件打印出来就可以了呢？还是美领馆还有一封书面的通知信给我们呢？
-Did the email notice indicate the date, time and location of the interview and instruct you the interview preparation ? If yes, just print it out for the interview (NVC/US Consulate will not send you another notice in this case); if no, then NVC (or the US Consulate) will send you a formal appointment notice.
2:是否需要马上上网预约面签时间？有expired date 吗？
-Did the email notice ask you to make appointment? If yes, just go to do it now. After you make an appointment online, NVC (or sometimes the US Consulate) will send you (either mail or email) the interview appointment notice/letter with the instructions concerning the interview preparation some time later. Then your parents can bring the appointment notice and the required documents for the interview.
You may ask NVC if you are not very clear, in case things mess up.
