does the employer have to pay me the prevailing wage now?
-Based on the law, the employer needs to pay the prevail wage to you after you get the green card, not necessary before you get the green card.

If they don't, what will happen to my employer?
-The employer may be punished. The penaltes could range from civil penalties up to $1000 per count, requirement to pay back wages, and/or a prohibition from the company hiring any future foreign nationals.

 Is there anything I need to do?
-You may file an complaint to DOL. Of course, this may make your employer unhappy.
