父母移民签证， 母亲已拿到签证，父亲刚被拒

请问这种情况，又没办法让他最快重新签一次， 该怎么补救。 

母亲上个月先签是由于父亲要等体检结果， 体检最后也正常，拒的原因应该是回答的问题。 感谢各位回复。
