绿了,又一个困难户(I485 2004,婚姻绿卡)告了后也终于绿了
刚收到这个WOMer (麻州法庭, file WOM as Pro Se---means sue USCIS/FBI without lawyer)的EMAIL:

I got my case online status update as following:
Current Status: Notice mailed welcoming the new permanent resident.On September 16, 2008, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this customer's new permanent resident status. Please follow any instructions on the notice. Your new permanent resident card should be mailed within 60 days following this
registration or after you complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later. If you move before you get your new card call customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.

"前几天另外一同胞给我们描述她的申请: 2004交I485申请到CHICAGO, 做了两次指纹,等了两年后发现USCIS可能找不着她的申请了, 要了I-485申请复印件,叫回家等,也叫她做好再交申请的准备, 半年后再次去BOSTON问,还是没信, 问要不要再交I-485, 答曰再等一等,他们要确认是真的丢失后才能重新交,一个月后说在Vermont service center 找到她的申请了(一直没明白是怎么从CHICAGO飞到Vermont service center 的), 几个月后还没信,再问,说申请是在California , NOT VSC),所有都CLEAR了, 他们会发信去催CSC,叫回家等,等几月后, 再次问,同一官员,说申请还在CSC,"case is under processing". 可回家上网一查,显示申请在" Missouri Service Center, not California" ? 再次去询问,说他们的系统显示申请还在CSC,网上显示的错误的. 找律师向CSC询问,说申请不在他们哪儿, 应该在"Missouri Service Center". 律师再次询问,从"Missouri Service Center" 收到信, 说申请转到CSC了, 不久又收到信,说申请抓到BOSTON了, 前不久再次去问,说 "case need additional review" ... 读到这儿你晕了没有 ? 反正是申请人已经晕了,我们也晕了, 决定告了."
看来USCIS就是欠抽, 这位同胞是婚姻绿卡,所以从来没有排期问题, 二月的NC MEMO也扫清了NC障碍,可还是这么拖拉, 你说他们是不是欠抽.
