1) 2017 is an outside year that no pull backs over 5%. Not likely to happen all the time.

2) The best time to buy is when VIX over 20. Othertime, you just keep your cash and sit.

3) When BaoZhang Di yells, it is time to take profits. 

4) No one has unlimited funds to catch bottom. Only liars. LOL...
