请教大千各位，这种情况如何办？

今早卖几十个option,都是bid price卖，结果都没卖掉。以为是价格问题，再降价卖还是没卖掉。来回折腾好几回，一直到下午己惨不忍赌。联系TDAm，人家说系统有问题，没有执行我的order.但他们不肯认账，说不是他们的问题。我明早要和manager 谈，大家出出主意。这种情况大家有没有碰到过？如何处理？
