房子离监狱和小学特别近，是不是风水不好。

看中的房子离监狱和小学特别近， 离监狱隔条大马路，步行4分钟，离小学步行10分钟，但房子后院离小学的操场非常近，这样的房子是不是风水很不好。谢谢啦。
