from several aspects.
1. the eave is too short, less than a foot extending from the wall
2. the fascia is too narrow, making it difficult to install gutters.
The direct cause of leak is water pouring down from the roof slope on the left and runs down from the inner corner of the wall over the right wall. In general when it rains the walls of a house should not have water on them except briefly when the wind blows stronly.
Solution: install gutter with a rain diverter that intercepts water at the corner on the slope to guide it into the gutter a couple of feet away from the corner.
Given that the house is poorly built, I also suspect that the flashing on this slope is not installed correctly. You can also caulk the joint of the slope with the wall.
