是这样的，我已经拿到绿卡四年，现在入境美国定居一年多，当时为配偶申请了Follow to join, 前三年我每年都给广州领馆写信，也得到回信，不过今年开始（第四年）收到信说找不到我的case，我就怀疑是否只给保留Follow to join身份 三年，按8老师您说的，

-If your spouse enters US, he can file I-485 within US and thus, you don't need to file I-824. But the problem is that because your spouse filed DS 260 before, it is very difficult for him to enter US using B2 visa due to immigtant intent.

My suggestion to you is that you had better file I-824 now for him to apply for the immigrant visa in China using following to join. The entire process may take one to two years.
