8 老师， 有个问题， 共产党员能办亲属移民吗？我哥下个月去面签，他不是党员， 但是嫂子是党员， 她还是政府部门的负责人。我哥和嫂子不想移民， 但是我侄女想。他们打算拿到签证进入美国后留下女儿就回去了。如果我嫂子因为是党员不给签证， 因为我哥是主申请人， 他不是党员，我们可不可以提出要签证官把签证给我哥和侄女？

又或者广州领事馆会由于我嫂子是党员就拒签一家人？

-Not at all. There is not such a culture, tradition, rule or law in the United States.

我们的D260 表都如实填写我嫂子是党员。我现在也不知道我嫂子能不能去面签， 因为她的护照已经被单位扣住了。
