请问8老师和大家，

我母亲帮我弟弟办理的亲属移民，已经收到了national visa center 发来的电子邮件。进入申请网站之后，我母亲需要Upload AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT, 可是我母亲在美国没有任何收入，我会帮助提供经济担保。有以下几个问题：

1. 那么请问我母亲和我各自需要提供什么表格？是提供I-864,i-864-a,i-864-ez中的哪一个表格？

-Your mother files one I-864 and you file another I-864. You mother is the sponsor and you are the joint sponsor.

我母亲是需要提供I-864表格吗？她只是去年报税了，但是是零收入，需要提供她的税表吗？

-If she filed the tax return of 2021, she needs to provide a copy of it no matter whether she had income or not.

我是需要提供I-864 表格吗以及相关收入证明和税表？

-Yes. Provide the copy of your joint tax return with your personal W2. By the way, you need to file the income tax of 2021 and then, provide the copy of it, not the copy of 2020 tax return. The tax return of 2020 is optional, but the tax return of 2021 is required. You also only can put your personal income in your I-864 (e.g., the amount of Box 1 in your W2), not the whole family income.

2. 因为我母亲没有收入，需要我提供经济担保，进入这个申请网站之后，有 Add Joint Sponsor

和Add Household Member。那我这种情况，是应该选哪一种？

-Choose "Add Joint Sponsor".

3. 我可以只提供自己的w-2，而不让我的先生提供担保吗虽然我们是联合报税？-Correct. See above.
