请教8老师，关于F2B 亲属移民

8老师我的优先日期已经过了7个月了，一直没有收到N V C的通知，通过你的指点，我经过问询，知道了我的N V C的case number 和invoice number.请问我现在是否就可以缴费和在网上申请了吗？
