为父母申请绿卡。1-130表上没有问收入问题。我应该在寄I-130表的时候提供收入证明文件吗？

-Not need. If they are present in US currently, you need to provide I-864 with this kind of documents when they file I-485. If they are in China to apply for the immigrant visa, NVC will contact you and ask you to provide I-864 with this kind of documents later.
