8老师你好，今天看到一篇文章说USCIS从9月11日起如果提交材料不齐或者要求不合格的话，不再要求申请人补件，而是直接拒绝。这意味着什么呢？是不是说我们材料必须一次性全部准备好喝符合要求，否则就会拒签同时也不会给你第二次面签的机会，是这样的吗？
