材料清单：

Form I-130 两份

支票$535 两张

我的公民certificate复印件

我的护照全本复印件

我的出生公证

小妹的出生公证

大妹的出生公证，显示同父同母

请问：大妹除了出生公证，还需要什么材料？她已经改姓，该怎么证明我们是亲姐妹？-Also provide her name change proof if her current name is different from her original name in the birth certificate. By the way, was your sister adopted officially by your aunt? If yes, she needs to provide the proof of the adaption which has been cancelled officially.

我应该分别寄出？还是一起寄出？-Send them separately.

小妹的儿子11岁，如果一起办的话，小孩需要什么材料？-Not need to do anything about the child or other family members at this point.
