她是我父母sponsor的，当时是divorced，归为F1，后来再婚，降到F3，现在又离了，

还属于F3是吗？可如果回到F1， 她的排期已经过去了，那又怎么算呢？
-Contact USCIS to see whether they have forwarded the I-130 to NVC yet? If no, send a letter to USCIS to request the I-130 upgrade from F3 to F1. forward all of the divorce certificates. You had better consult an immigrant lawyer for preparing for the I-130 upgrade document, if necessary.
After the upgrade, USCIS will forward the I-130 to NVC and NVC will contact your parent.
