谢谢8老师的解答。我们又问了一下民政局，在补办结婚证的时候要填一个申请表，那个申请表上要填何时何地结婚的。

虽然补办的结婚证上日期是现在，但那个申请表上有原来的时间。能不能我们把补办的结婚证和那张申请表一起给移民局？然后做个说明证是补办的，真正的结婚日期在那个补办申请表上？
--Yes if the new marriage certificate indicates the marriage date is the original marriage date, not only in the application form. Document missing is very normal, so it works to get a duplicate from the original agency which issued it.

But had better also do the 婚姻状况公证 if you have time.
