As for your son, has he get the conditional green card yet? If yes, he can do the same way as you to get the 10-year permanent green card.

If no yet, has the I-130 been approved yet? If yes, then you can be the substitute sponsor to take over the I-130 for your son to get the immigrant visa in China if you have enough income.

If the I-130 is not approved, yet, then the I-130 is void. So, you have to file a new I-130 to sponsor your son using F2A category.
