父母不在美国的亲属移民问题咨询

很感谢这个论坛，学到很多知识，还是有问题找不到答案，关于父母移民问题，这个帖子很好用，

If parents are outside USA: 

(1) if the I-130 is approved,

(2) your parents will be informed and required to attend the green card interview at the applicable nearest US consulate in their home country. Interview needs to be scheduled, and may require a medical exam. Parents need to pay the fee and attend the interview.

(3) If everything goes well, they will be granted an immigration visa (green card).

(4) At their first arrival in USA, they will get the stamp at the port of entry (POE) by an immigration officer, and in few days, they will receive plastic green card delivered to US mailing address.

从上面叙述来讲，后面的STEPS都不要了。I-485是不要填了，因为没有身份转换问题，但是STEP-2(G-325A), STEP3(I-864) 至 STEP4(I-693)都不要，还是这些步骤，需要在“面签”的时候就处理完成。
