请问8 老师 父母同时申请移民 的表格问题

请问8 老师：

我是公民，为父母同时申请移民， 境内调整身份，同时发送485 和130 表。

准备分两个信封分别邮寄给移民局。

有几个问题请教。以妈妈的表格为例。

130 表上 part D 问题1:  If separate petitions are also submitte for other relatives, give names of each and releationship.

我应该填爸爸的名字，和与我的关系？

问题2: Have you ever before filed a petition for this or any other alien? 我应该填 no？

I 485 表上 part 3 B list your present spouse and all of your children 部分： 在填爸爸的信息旁边有applying with you 的问题。

我应该填NO?

I 864 的 part 2 Information about the principal immigrant， 我应该填妈妈的信息？

part 3  Information about the Immigratns You are Sponsoring, 问题1 我应该填 yes？

 问题2 我不要勾？

 一下的所有family memeber  信息都留空？

part 5 Sponsor's Household Size .我家情况是我， 老公，两个孩子。所以1－8分别是1， 1， 1， 2， 0， 1， 0， 6？

 

i 864a表格上 part 5 Sponsor's Promise, Statement, Contact Information, Certification, and Signature 

开始 I, THE SPONSOR, xxx 后面要求indicate number, 我应该填ONE？

在下面的intending Immigrant Number 1 这了填妈妈的信息？
