在您上次的解答中，您提到目前兄弟姐妹移民的I-130审理时间大概要4～5年左右。非常感谢！

但是我查了一下，每个移民局服务中心审理兄弟姐妹移民的I-130速度不一样，而且差别很大。例如在加州移民服务中心刚刚审理到2011年6月22日，佛蒙特移民服务中心审理到2011年10月31日，但是内布拉斯加服务中心和德克萨斯服务中审理的速度却很快，分别是5个月和10个月左右的时间。

按照移民局的CSPA age = the child actual age when the PD is current - I-130 pending time，

烦请老师解答如下问题：

1. 是不是I-130的审理时间应该是越长越好-Yes in your case.
2. 为什么移民局的各个服务中心的审理速度不一样？-I really don't know.
3. I-130的审理速度不一样，对CSPA age计算会有影响吗？-Yes.
4. 申请人可以选择I-130的审理时间长的服务中心吗？-No. But as far as I know, most I-130 cases for the siblings of a US citizen take several years to be approved, and I have never heard this kind of cases took only a few months for approval. So, it seems most the cases are processed in VSC or CSC. So, you may just file I-130 now and see how lucky you are. It does not hurt you to do it as soon as possible (you only need to pay the I-130 fee now), even if your brother gives up immigration to US in the future.
