２０１４／１２收到通知，可以从网上填写ＤＳ－２６０。妹妹和妹夫的名字出现，妹妹女儿名字没有。２０１５／０１我写ＥＭＡＩＬ去问，回答如下：
Currently, this case cannot be reviewd for applicability of the Child Status Protection Act(
CSPA), as there is no visa number available according to this case's priority date and visa
category.
于是耐心等至如今，妹妹和妹夫的ＤＳ－２６０已经ＳＵＢＭＩＴＴＥＤ。
老师们可以解释一下吗？有什么好的建议？
-Check Visa Bulletin to see whether the PD is earlier than DATES FOR FILING FAMILY-SPONSORED VISA APPLICATIONS. If yes, then ask NVC to mail you the IV fee invorce for the child and then, pay the fee and file DS-260 for the child. If not yet, then just wait.
