I sent application for my parents also in May. PIW letter in September. there is a VJ for the applications receiving the Potential Interview letter. Now sounds like process the applications filed in March.

I am in this thread long time and see the process. Sounds like NBC sent some cases to other field office (not your local field office) to process the March Applications. I don't know where my parents case are. Maybe in NBC. No use to call. Tier1 can tell you nothing.

Now, it takes 10.5-12 month to process relative 485 from NOA date.

Please update any information to let me know what is the process if you could.
