前几年申请绿卡和入籍的时候得到各位指点，非常感谢。

现在想给我父母及弟弟办绿卡，想请教下我的资格和时间问题。

我是婚姻绿卡，3年后申请入籍，2012年2月14日批准了我的入籍申请。就是说naturalization certificate 上的时间是2012年2月14日。


请问我最早可以递交我父母和我弟弟绿卡申请资料I-130 表格的时间是2015年2月15日，对吗？
-You can sponsor your parents and brother's green card application (file I-130) any time from the date you became a US citizenship. So, you can do it now.
