朋友刚拿到公民，帮父母申请绿卡中， 国内有一个妹妹，离婚中，有有效的旅游签证，希望让她妹妹拿旅游签证来美，然后就在美国境内等亲属移民的排期，可以吗？听说有十多年的排期，在此期间，一直这样呆在美国可以吗？
-No unless she can have a legal status such as H-1, F-1, etc. as most of us do.

听说只要是合法入境，将来就可以递交绿卡４８５申请。
-Not for her sister's case, but for her parents.

或者等父母拿到公民，申请她，是不是会更快些，年纪大于２１岁，如果离婚了，　是否可以作为美国公民的未婚成年子女申请绿卡呢？
-Fine, but it will take longer time because the parent need to takes at least five years to become a US citizen. Of course, the parent also can sponsor her green card, but she can  not get married before she gets green card in this case.
