1）如果父母一起申请B2来，父亲一个月后回国，母亲在这待三个月后申请绿卡，可以父母一起办吗？还是必须在国内递父亲的申请？
-You can file a separate I-130 for your father to apply for the immigration visa in China using consular processing (your father can not file I-485). Your mother can file I-485 together with your I-130 filing in US.

2）如果绿卡申请递交了，父亲还能不能在B2签证过期前再返美？-No due to immigration intent. Another choice is that your father enter US using the B2 visa, then apply for the green card as your mother does.
（假定是多次往返签证）还是必须等绿卡下来才能再来？

3）如果我用一个人的收入申请，应该按几个人算呢？我一家三口，那么我的收入是必须够五人的，还是三人，父母加上我？-You, your kid (if any) and your parents if your spouse has his own income (you do not need to count your spouse into your household size in this case).

如果父母绿卡批了，而现移民法未变，还可以申请兄弟姐妹的话，要申请哥哥三口，那时我的收入又要按几人算呢？是八人，我家三口加父母再加哥哥三口，还是六人，我加父母加哥哥三口？老公的收入足够，只是想如果可能的话，用自己一个人的收入。
