On my I130 approval notice, it has the PRIORITY DATE November 9, 2005, which is the same as the RECEIPT DATE. Does this mean the beneficiary can come to the US now? What is the next step? Thanks
---This is for a friend. She is trying to get her daughter to come to the United States.
