请教8老师和各位： EB5 没有排期

我看 visa bulletin， EB5 reserved categories (Rural, High Unemployment, Infrastructure) are current,  

那如果申请投 EB5的这些项目，岂不是很快就可以拿到绿卡？ Too good to be true ！ 

 国内的有钱人很多都想出来。为什么大家没有人讨论？ 而且网上讨论的也很少。 为什么国内没有蜂拥申请？
