This is business thing, not immigation issue. So I don't think immigration lawyer will be helpful. After you withdraw the business, your immigration case will be invalid. Of course, you can just write a letter to USCIS to wothdraw the approved I-526 (enclose the copy of I-526 approval notice), then USCIS will cancel your immigration case. But how to get back your investment money, it is another issue, not related to immigration. So, you may find a lawyer who deal with investment business.
