Hi 8老师及各位专家： 请教两个问题：

（1） 朋友投资移民入美一年，丈夫是主申请人，太太和儿子长期住美，丈夫因工作关系主要在中国，经常来美，（一个多月来一次）。最近入境被旧金山海关警告。下次会有取消绿卡的危险吗？
-Yes, so he had better apply for reentry permit to travel. 

如果丈夫取消了，是否太太和孩子的绿卡也自动失效？-If his spouse and kids have got the permanent green card (i.e. 10-year green card), then their green card will not affected even if his green card is revoked.
 

（2）请问有无旧金山湾区可靠的中文移民律师推荐？谢谢各位先
