请教8老师，现在身份是H1B，目前还没有提交PERM申请，刚过了3年已申请延期3年。现在因为担心H1B绿卡申请进度很慢，3年内无法及时递交申请，想做投资移民的绿卡申请。
如果现在递交投资移民申请，临时绿卡是不是要好多年才能下来？

如果提交了EB5申请，在等待临时绿卡过程中，如果失业失去H1B身份的话，还可以以EB5申请人身份留在美国吗？
-No unless you have a non-immigrant status (e.g. H-1) or you have filed I-485 before you lose your H-1 status..
还是必须回国等待？
另外，提交了EB5申请的话，是不是就不能再同时以H1B身份进行绿卡申请？-You can do both at the same time. These two cases do not conflict each other. Thus, you will get the green card based on either one of two, depends on which priority date is current first.
