尊敬的8老师和前辈们：您们好
我目前是TN 签证在美国工作，犹豫是否从EB2降级到EB3，请问：
1。如果从EB2降到EB3，那么EB2排期快于EB3，仍然可以按着EB2转身份吗？
-USCIS will approve your I-485 based on either your EB2 or EB3 I-140, depends on which I-140 priority date becomes current first.
2。当EB3排期当前时，是否可以申请 I -140 降级到EB3和提交1-485 转身份同时进行？有什么风险吗？-It is fine as long as the priority date is current. Talk to your lawyer.

3。当EB3排期当前时，如果降级到EB3和交1-485同时做可行的前提下，在这个事情进行之前，一定要求我的妻子呆在美国三个月吗？
-Not have to. But she needs to be in US to file I-485.
因目前她在加拿大。先谢谢。
