我太太EB3和我EB2同时独立申请绿卡，优先日期都是2013年6月，我太太已经2016年12月拿到了绿卡，我（EB2依然pending）然后申请转成她的家属，我女儿原来是我的家属现在也转成了我太太的家属。移民局收到并让我和女儿补体检（原体检一年失效）。我们体检5月交给了移民局。突然现在EB3大倒退到了2012一月，我太太当初的优先日期是2013年6月。现在尽管我太太拿到了绿卡但她当初的排期也不current了。
问题1：是不是我和女儿作为家属也要等我太太EB3的排期重新current？
-Yes if your/your kid's I-485 was filed before your spouse's I-485 was approved. But if your EB-2 PD is current, you and your kid can do the I-485 relink (interfiling) from EB-3 to your EB-2 I-140, thus USCIS will approve your I-485 and your kid's I-485 based on either EB-3 or EB-2, depends on which one PD is current.
问题2：我女儿马上21岁了。我可以要求移民局加速吗？
-Just try because the PD is still current in June. But your kid's CSPA age has been frozen from the day she filed I-485, so she will have no age-out problem.
问题3：7月的排期才倒退，理论上到6月底还是current，我可以做点什么吗？
-Contact USCIS or ask the US Senator or Congressman in your state for help.
问题4：万一我的EB2又到了，我还能转回自己的EB2吗？
-Yes. Request I-485 relink (interfiling). See above. Not need to file a new I-485.
